How to calibrate the Welding Machine.
Set the Voltage and amperage on the welding machine
connect to the power Supply
start welding.
While the welding is in progress, with the calibrated clamp meter check the voltage and amperage output.
The reading shall fall within +/- 10% of the set voltage and amperage setting.

Continue with other voltage and amperage settings and record the readings
The Weldig machine shall be calibrated every 120 days.
If the reading differ by more than ±10% of the range set, then the welding machine need to be sent for repair.
